STAFF TRAINING DATES:

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
As a surgery we are always trying to improve our services for patients.  We are currently changing the way you can order your prescriptions and book your online appointments.

You will need to register for these services by using either the 'Quick Link' for Online Services or by clicking the patient access button below.  Patients currently using our online services will need to re-register.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

SHINGLES VACCINATIONS ARE AVAILABLE IF YOU ARE AGED 70, 71, 72, 78 OR 79* ON 1ST SEPTEMBER 2015.

(Patients who were aged 79 on 1 September 2015 lose their eligibility the day of their 80th birthday)
